Set on 14 acres of farmland, Aorangi Peak House No.1 boasts panoramic views of Rotorua. It is also located on a deer farm and adjacent to the restaurant. All accommodations offer a balcony and a fully equipped kitchen.

The Holiday House offers a view out-looking over Mokoia Island, Lake Rotorua, and Mt Tawerewa. It is a 15-minutes drive from Rotorua city center and Zorb Rotorua, and 30-minutes drive from the Rotorua Airport. Aorangi Peak Restaurant is 2-minutes walk away and serves a range of cuisine such as seafood chowder, roast lamb, smokes salmon, and delicious desserts.

Each split-level cottage features four bedrooms, two en suite bathrooms and a laundry room. Guests are free to walk around the explore the adjacent sheep, deer, and alpaca farms.
